Joan Trav\u00e9 ist Pianist, Fortepianist und Dozent. Als vielseitiger Musiker bewegt er sich mit Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit zwischen historischen Tasteninstrumenten und dem modernen Konzertfl\u00fcgel. Sein Repertoire reicht von der englischen Renaissance bis zur Musik der Gegenwart, mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf der historischen Auff\u00fchrungspraxis.<\/span><\/p>\n Geboren 1991 in Palma de Mallorca, trat Joan Trav\u00e9 bereits im Alter von 16 Jahren als Solist mit Beethovens erstem Klavierkonzert auf. Seither konzertierte er in zahlreichen L\u00e4ndern Europas, u.\u202fa. in der Oper Frankfurt, beim Festival Chopin in Valldemossa, dem Staatstheater Wiesbaden, dem FEL!X urban Festival in K\u00f6ln oder im Frankfurter Holzhausenschl\u00f6sschen. Er tritt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig sowohl solistisch als auch in kammermusikalischer Besetzung auf.<\/span><\/p>\n Bei musikalischen Begegnungen mit den Musiker*innen Lorenzo Coppola, Eva Maria Pollerus und Carmen Leoni lebt er seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr historische Interpretationspraxis und alte Musikinstrumente aus. Anschlie\u00dfend studierte er Klavier bei Miquel Estelrich und Manuel Carra an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik der Balearischen Inseln. An der Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main absolvierte er Masterstudieng\u00e4nge in Klavier (Prof. Catherine Vickers) und Hammerklavier (Prof. Jesper Christensen).
